Tours21 was born in Lloret de Mar in 2014 as an international tour operator specialized in organizing tailor-made trips and events. In just a few years we have established ourselves as a leading company in Spain for group trips dedicated to students, offering safe, educational and unforgettable experiences.

Thanks to a diversified portfolio that ranges from MICE tourism to luxury brands up to sustainable events, we combine creativity, organization and attention to detail, transforming every trip into a unique and memorable experience.

Oriana Rapisarda

Founder & CEO
The CEO of Tours21 is Oriana Rapisarda.

She boasts over twenty years of experience in the tourism industry, having collaborated with some of the most renowned Italian and international tour operators such as Alpitur, Viaggi del Ventaglio, Kenobi, and Atrapalo.com.

She also worked for several years as a Flight Dispatcher at Barcelona Airport, providing services to prestigious airlines such as KLM, United, American Airlines, Qatar, Singapore Airlines, and many others.

Thanks to her extended stays abroad, she has acquired skills and knowledge that have enabled her to build strong and lasting relationships. These connections are the foundation of every travel project by Tours21.

Nicola Suozzo

Chief Operation Manager

Nicola Suozzo brings thirty years of experience in the tourism industry as a tour guide in Spain, having worked with some of the country’s most prominent companies.

Thanks to his deep knowledge of the region and professional approach, he has become a key figure in tourism in Lloret de Mar.

He currently serves as Chief Operation Manager, combining his field expertise with the ability to coordinate teams and manage complex operations in the tourism sector.
